CashSignal offers a free trial period so you can evaluate the Service at no cost before deciding to subscribe. We encourage all prospective customers to take full advantage of the free trial to ensure CashSignal meets your needs prior to purchasing.

If you choose to subscribe at the end of your free trial, your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee. This charge is non-refundable in accordance with this policy.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@cashsignal.io. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access to paid features will cease.

4. Exceptions

CashSignal may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit in limited circumstances, including:

Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge promptly upon verification.

Required by law: Where applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require a refund, CashSignal will comply with those legal obligations.

These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not create any general entitlement to refunds beyond what is stated above.

5. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@cashsignal.io before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We will investigate and respond promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.

6. Changes to This Policy

CashSignal reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
